The apartment is located in Rexburg near Les Schwab Tires, just a few blocks from BYU-Idaho campus.
The apartment has two good sized bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is nicely sized and the windows are all large and let in lots of natural light.
Parking is available in the driveway and tenants will have access to a front and back lawn, in addition to a swing set in the backyard.
Rent price is $600 and includes electricity, gas, water, sewer, and garbage removal. Internet, cable and phone are not included in the rent amount.
Comes with a dishwasher. There is a washer and a dryer that is shared with the upstairs unit.
9 month contract required at signing, after which the apartment can be rented on a month-to-month basis.Security deposit is $500.
Pets are not permitted.
